The copyright of this software program belongs to UC Mobile Limited in accordance with the above-mentioned laws, judicial interpretations and International Covenants. Any unauthorized copy, spread, reverse compiling or reverse engineering of this software program in whole or in part, will be treated as an infringement to UC Mobile Limited, which will results in a severe civil prosecution, or even a criminal prosecution.

UC Mobile sở hữu hợp pháp bản quyền chương trình phần mềm máy tính này theo luật đã nêu phần trên và công ước quốc tế. Bất cứ sự sao chép, phân bố, thông dịch đảo hướng hoặc thiết kế đảo hướng toàn bộ hoặc một phần chương trình phần mền này mà chưa được giấy phép uỷ quyền đều được xem là xâm quyền UC Mobile, sẽ bị truy tố dân sự nghiêm trọng, hoặc thậm chí truy tố hình sự.
Đối với những hiện tượng cố tình vi phạm, UC Mobile sẽ căn cứ theo luật đã nêu phần trên và công ước quốc tế, tiến hành xử lý theo pháp luật.
Tuyên bố về luật bảo vệ bản quyền nêu trên, nếu xảy ra bất kỳ sự hiểu sai lệch hoặc tranh chấp, tất cả sẽ được dựa vào phiên bản tiếng Anh để làm chuẩn.
